I got hassled taking an EMPTY souvenir bottle of tobasco sauce through MSY security last December. I kept saying that it was "empty" and the TSA agent kept saying the bottle was more than 3 oz. We were both right, of course.

He gave me the bottle when his fellow screener noticed a large snow-globe in the next person's bag.
