I'm also pretty regular on these flights although less so recently. You could always bank on being 30 min to an hour late on these flights for some reason. They load them up with a ton of cargo so even when the plane pulls to the gate you have 30 minutes before boarding will even start while they are loading her up. A small delay often puts you at the back of the outbound bank at PHL so it then takes 45 minutes to get off the ground on these flights too.

I know that these are MTC issues not pilot related as I've seen the pilots standing around waiting too on many occassion. Just get out to the 330 earlier and deal with the MTC problems! Also my Envoy seats have had major issues recently so its not like they are fixing them up overnight like they should be doing.

I connect in SJU to go to STX (via AEagle) and a 6 hour delay means a night at the Best Western at SJU for me. It has only happened to me once but looking at the performance of these flights recently tells me its bound to happen again.

Met a lot of Pharma folks on these flights, I'm a software guy from St. Croix with a wife in DC so that gets me going back and forth 1-2X a month these days.
