I am posting this message for a friend who has a ticket purchased in the UK and is not able to use her ticket before the 12 month expiry date.

Is there any way of extending the ticket or of using it in some way, even exchanging it for something else?

I know this ticket might just be a one-way to the rubbish bin but you never know what you clever people can come up with...!
