Refunding unused charges and fees?
I'm about to book an E fare, obviously nonrefundable. The base fare is 14 euros and there are 63 euros in "taxes and fees", according to LH's website.

If I end up not being able to take this trip, am I assured that I can get those 63 euros back? Is it a straightforward process?

By the way, by booking on the US website, not only there's no booking fee (vs 10 euros in the Finland site), but the total taxes come out about 10 euros cheaper as well.
