Keep pushing them and call the MP customer service center. I had a situation like this with SAA, website said I wouldn't get credit but a MP call center employee told me I would. Ended up getting 6,000 'good faith' RDM from the customer service center as they said i was getting now where with MP. Posted as a 'policy change' to me account. "Lost" less than 2,000 RDM on the deal, which I don't think is too bad considering I acted upon the word of an agent rather than the published website. Your case seems stronger than mine so keep it up.
