I would do a 8am departure from YYZ with a turnaround at about noon. This would get into YYZ at about 730pm, still in time to make connections to Europe. With this time frame, the a/c can still do a YYZ/YUL run and be back in time for a morning departure to this "new city". Start with an E90, as business picks up move to a 319/320.
