For earning points and SC purposes all OW flight still count (within the normal rules). But they do not count for the QF minimum segment rule.
The rule has always been there but QF has never enforced it. Since the beginning of the year you need to make sure that you have at least 4 segments with a QF flight number (codeshare do count).
