You can book award travel for others on ual.com, so I would give that a try first. If there's no availability, you will have to give reservations a call and maybe try a US flight, or a more complex routing with a reservations agent. If you do book it over the phone, you will have to go to the airport to sign a bluey.
Thanks for the help, lucky! I'd really like to book them in F but there's only one seat available on the UA flights from the west coast to LIH for the dates they want to fly. I might just call up the agent and see if they can book via US Air or even AC; hadn't thought about that before!
