Hi everyone,
I'm looking at booking award travel for two of my close friends who are getting married in October. They want to fly to Hawaii (LIH) from the eastcoast (ROA). Neither of them are current MP members (though this can change easily).

Am I able to book this award travel for them (provided seats available, of course) online? Or should I call up one of the United reservation agents?

Anyone have experience doing this sort of thing before and can share any insight?
