Thanks so much for the awesome advice! I'm going for sightseeing, shopping and eating, in addition to the Salon, so I think it makes sense to choose for walkability and neighborhood setting rather than closeness to the Paris Expo. I'm arriving early in the week, and will make sure to avoid the weekend crowds.

I've narrowed down my choices of apartments to 2 locations. Could you help me decide which location is better? One is located in the Latin Quarter near the Pantheon, but the listing on the Studio in Marais sounds like it is a more charming neighborhood.

Could I trouble anyone for any further advice, considering location (charming neighborhood, proximity to sights, shopping and food).
