In terms of JSA, HKG is a slightly different to the full JSA ports of SIN and BKK. QF29/30 is NOT codeshared by BA between LHR and HKG, however QF 29/30 IS codeshared by BA between LHR and MEL, and QF does not place it's code on BA flights between HKG and LHR. That said, HKG is jointly marketed by both BA and QF so whilst a codeshare is not in operation, both carriers should be in a position to assist travellers passing between both ports.
FRA is not included as part of JSA.
But there's a BA flight number on the FRA (BA7306/7305 IIRC) flight. So just a regular codeshare arrangement?
LHR-HKG QF metal can be booked on the BA code on ba.com, but oddly enough not HKG-LHR. At least none came up when I did some random searches.
Now I've read conflicting things RE the JSA - is it only Australia-LHR but not Asia-LHR or Australia-Asia for the HKG flight alone? or also for SIN/BKK? I was initially under the impression that all Asia-Europe and all Asia-Australia runs are also part of the JSA but i've read to the contrary. Or perhaps they're excluded just for HKG?
