Firstly, BA & QF fares are completely combinable on this route so the OP can pick and choose as they wish, despite whether a codeshare is offered or not.

In terms of JSA, HKG is a slightly different to the full JSA ports of SIN and BKK. QF29/30 is NOT codeshared by BA between LHR and HKG, however QF 29/30 IS codeshared by BA between LHR and MEL, and QF does not place it's code on BA flights between HKG and LHR. That said, HKG is jointly marketed by both BA and QF so whilst a codeshare is not in operation, both carriers should be in a position to assist travellers passing between both ports.
