I believe you. I was just curious how far back people can remember this as a real issue with Delta.

I guess I fall into the camp of lucky never really having that experience, even as an FO. Maybe it's I just don't travel enough, but I know I've had some complicated itins in the past. My issue with that is not the wait to talk to someone, but the speed in which problems can be resolved, which easily can stretch into hours, and my record being over a month of consistent phonecalls.
