Would it be adequate if I write to CS and ask for compensation? I feel deeply disturbed in my ability to fly...

Obviously only a joke, before you start bashing on me... I think this is not a compensation issue, but an issue about absolutely ridicoulous behaviour, childish and not professional.

Not even the pilot seems to have a good judgement in the story, as he did make an issue out of it. If he believed it was an obscene gesture or whatever, he might have asked the passenger to apologize, but never saying that the co-pilot was seriously affected by it.
