It would help if you explained some of what you've tried on your own before expecting the rest of us to help you.
- Have you tried the coupons on the coupon code forum?
- Have you tried any of the discounts that are available on hertz.com (typically some Mexico specials)?

If you give a starting point, such as "I've gotten an estimate for ths rental of $XXX.XX using the following codes -- can you do better?" then you might get some help. But we're not travel agents so you have to do the heavy lifting yourself.
