USAirways is no longer part of the Membership Rewards Program. So here is the question:

I have a ton of AMEX Reward points that I would like to use on USAirways. Does anyone know a work around for this problem? (I would like to get point-for-point. I do know of a program that is 1 Dividend mile for 4 Rewards point, but I have no interest in that program.)
