The OP said he is paying about 400 per RT... Thus the pass at $600 per RT is not as attractive. I have had similar comparisons for some of the routes I travel...

Flight pass is great for smaller originating and destinations which typically keep costs high or for people who book last minute since their schedule is very fluid.
