I completed my request but they claim I omitted one of the bonus codes to get the 1000 miles. I have screenshots but nothing indicates where to put such a bonus code. This is bad customer service since I'm still in the market for a refinance. It's not worth to keep calling and getting annoyed but if this is how they deal with customers I would not trust them with a large loan. My local bank was able to come up with a much better number than they did anyway.
