Could you just put your name & pnr # on a piece of paper & put it in your luggage? The printed itin would give them the flight details in writing, but if you just put your pnr # they'd need to look up the info. Granted, if someone is that dishonest might not help much, but still. Or - just put your name & cell # saying if luggage found, call the cell #. Cheers.
