Interline is possible, minimum legal connection time in FRA is 60 minutes. If you can book it like that, go for it, 55 minutes is doable(if both flights are on time). If you miss, you just get on the next one, there are plenty of FRA-CDG flights on LH.
Immigration is done within minutes ( assuming you are not a citizen of a too fancy country) but they will do a sec screening before you board the flight to France(they do that for all passengers who don't originate from an EU airport).
