You can use the RCC at SFO, but prepare to fight for it. The agent may no realize that CONNECTING to ps F allows you in. But you're entitled. At LAX, use the International First Lounge on the second level. At JFK, there is NO arrivals facility.

Don't know what you mean by "busy". It will likely be full in First. You will have a seat mate; maybe even a UA employee. Dinner service is a fruit and cheese plate. Pathetic for "premium service" First Class. You can get better choices by calling UA and pre-ordering a low-fat meal. This will get you a cold (but more substantial) dinner. No breakfast.

You're welcome. Bottom line is don't be too excited for a redeye. Even on ps, it's nothing special, and UA makes no effort to make it special.
