just an update on this. i have now managed to book a later flight but in first :

sfo-lax 2030-2203
lax-jfk 2325-0748

so i'm a little happier now. does anyone know what terminals the flights will operate from at the three airports, as it does not show on my itinerary?

also, just to confirm, i can use the international first lounges in sfo and lax, right? is there an arrivals lounge at jfk to use at all? or is this wishful thinking?

finally, does anyone have any experience on how busy these flights usually are? or what service will be like? i know there will be no dinner served, but how about breakfast?
