yes, US is already operated 757-200 non-stop from PHX-KOA, HNL, OGG and other islands in Hawaiian. I think US has been done performance very well from PHX. It is currently still on weight restrictions? How is possibility with US is currently still on weight restrictions to reachable in Hawaii.
