I have been trying to change a flight from one day to the next. I have called into the HNL Call Center a few times to review my options and the fare difference has been SKY HIGH (like 1000.00 + difference per person). My last call in was to the Manila Call Center (MCC). The rep there made the change to my new preferred flights for the 100.00 change fee per person. I usually cant stand the out sourced call centers but this time... well....
