Bulkheads I understand. Even Delta's website says something about bulkhead seats being subject to reassignment
It's pretty common knowledge around here, unless something has changed, that exit rows and bulkheads are not preassignable for TATL flights and can only be gotten at the gate.
So you're saying you never knew about this and have always been able to preselect them for your TATL flights? Hmm.... Ignorance is bliss??
