Has anyone stayed here lately? We are planning a trip for 2008 and the Hyatt is on top of the list.

The reviews here do not make the Hyatt appear a nice place to stay for the money. But I do have some questions.

How is the beach in front?
Is the hotel kept pretty clean?
Anyone stayed here since the renovations? If so, impressions?

Any other advice of info would be appreciated.
