Programs: AC Elite. 1MM with AC. Another million miles with everybody else.

From the AC website:

"No children in restraint devices (e.g. airplane-safe and approved car seats) are permitted at any time in the Executive First Suite, for their own safety."

I suspect that would reduce the overall numbers of tots flying up front, at least on AC.
