You can hold for 24 hours. Which is nice, because after waiting 30 minutes just to talk to someone and then another 30 minutes for them to investigate even the most simple fare request, you're not going to want to have to start completely over the next day. (Of course, you'll still get stuck with that 30 minute hold time. Next time I call, I think I'll try to call the moment they open in the morning to see if that helps.)

Great program so far, but extremely poorly executed.
