I had a stay at a SHS just this week. The hot breakfast consisted of egg product (those wierd little patties with the yellow dots in the center), sausage patties and oatmeal. There was the usual selection of continental items as well: bagels, muffins, milk, yogurt and cereal. There was a smattering of fruit and a make-it-yourself waffle iron.
It was almost identical to the breakfast served at Hampton Inns.
Sounds just like the SHS we stayed at in Phoenix two weeks ago. They needed twice as many tables for the breakfast crowd.
