best place to change or obtain cash in Prague?
I will be spending 2 weeks in Prague starting in a few days. I would like to change a chunk of USD (maybe several hundred dollars) and get anything more I need out of an ATM. I won't need cash immediately on landing at the airport.

Is there one place that's better to change money than others? Are there any banks in Prague that are part of the Bank of America/Barclay's/ScotiaBank network (ie where I can use my BofA ATM card without ATM fee or forex fee)? In general will I be getting a better rate from an ATM?

thanks for any input (or even random suggestions about Prague - a week of my time there will be on my own with no agenda)...
