I can agree that the SAS Estonian Call Centre is not good: today I got a ticket by mail, and guess what: they had issued it with a spelling mistake in my name (two wrong characters). I am still wondering how they could enter my BD FF # if the names mismatched and even more how they could get the money from my CC if the name was wrong too... and on the top: in DK and SE the CC has usual phonenumber, in EE you have to pay 1EUR extra per call, and for example when I sometimes book my CSA tickets by email, then today while trying to make a reservation for SK to NRT, then in the email it was said. Please call me, so that I could make the booking... well, but I would prefer writing, so that they could avoid those typos... Urhhh...
