Inexpensive Resturants

You can't beat any of the Stock Pots for low cost good basic food served steaming hot. We often go to the one on Panton St. just off Leicester Square. (Boeing, Boeing is playing just down the street if they have never seen a farce. While not the best, it is a pretty good one!) An inexpensive meal is to share a fish and chips at many pubs. For example, St Georges out the back of Victoria Station and over the bridge a half block on the left. You can always buy a baguette, a lump of cheese, etc. With the tea pot, try some Batchelor instant soup. They are very good, much better than Lipton's. If all else fails, there is always Subway's. Cheers Ken
