Though, this specifc agent does not understand that the T&Cs is legal language and uses a defined term (with capital letter: "Starwood-branded Websites"). And the definition refers to Sheraton.com, Westin.com, StRegis.com, Whotels.com, LeMeridien.com, FourPoints.com, LuxuryCollection.com, SPG.com, and Starwood.com ("Starwood-branded Websites"). For me it is crystal clear.
Well, if you want to get technical, the T&Cs use the term "includes" (and not something like "encompasses") which indicates that there could be other sites under the defined term than those named.
