These machines were launched with quite a bla-bla "look what we've invented".
But indeed, every time I pass them, there are long queues at the desks and no-one is using the machines.

They're a good idea but I am not sure how well the functionality has been tested from a customer point of view.
Now where have we heard THAT before....
