Do they offer a direct tech support on laptops, bypassing the general support? Does the item have to be bought directly from Cierge or just Sony itself? I bought an SZ450 laptop from Sonystyle.com a couple of months ago with an extended warranty and I would love to bypass the general CS hold times if I ever need to call for service.
On a somewhat off-topic note, the extended warranty on the laptops is well worth the price! I had an issue with my wireless card and I called up the warranty line on Tuesday, a technician came out to my house today and replaced the card, no questions asked or stupid troubleshooting. Hopefully Cierge is just as good, if not better.
