I have been successfull requesting 24 hours before (SIN/SYD, Y to J). I called the premium line and after having the rules explained to me, just for procedural purposes I assume, the friendly agent said she would take a look. After a reasonable while waiting on the line, she back and said OK. I assune that they went through the process QF WP outlined above
