I've only stayed at a few different SHS properties, but the breakfast spreads have been fairly similar. In addition to the standard continental selection of cold foods (fruit, bread, bagels, danish, cold cereal) there are also several hot choices: hot oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and the ubiquitous waffle maker.
