That is clearly the point. The agents sees the "brand" and understand it as a "Starwood branded website". Though, this specifc agent does not understand that the T&Cs is legal language and uses a defined term (with capital letter: "Starwood-branded Websites"). And the definition refers to Sheraton.com, Westin.com, StRegis.com, Whotels.com, LeMeridien.com, FourPoints.com, LuxuryCollection.com, SPG.com, and Starwood.com ("Starwood-branded Websites"). For me it is crystal clear.
