I have a US commuter pass that expires in early September. I have a trip to ORD two weeks later, and can't use them to book. There are 4 outstanding credits.

I could use them up if I took non direct flights to some of my US trips in the coming month; but that would involve hassles of connections through ORD or EWR.

I don't see a renewal button on my page.

Will I be able to "renew" them before expiry? Does this involve me having to purchase another US commuter pass and having them transferred over? Or can they simply be renewed, and when might this "renew" button appear?
