Hi! I'm relatively new to this forum and am doing a lot of reading and researching regarding all of United, including fare codes, policies, upgrades, etc...

I was wondering what the process is to find the cheapest published coach fares (S or T class I'm assuming)? I know .bomb won't always give me the cheapest fares and I'm slowly learning how to use the standard award search on .bomb to see what fares are available for each flight. But I found out just because it says T9 doesn't mean that they are available?

For example, if I'm looking for SFO-BOS-SFO in december how would you expert FT-ers recommend going about searching for the cheapest fare? I wouldn't mind flying a lengthy multi-segment itinerary either but I don't quite know how to best search and build the cheapest fare. Thanks!
