According to this page, http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...ntinental.aspx,
an H fare is Full Fare Economy. Why would continental call it Full Fare here if it isn't? This needs to be fixed/addressed.
While both Y and H class are both categorized as "full fare," some full fare offers (like our EliteAccess benefits for non-Elites traveling domestically and our instant Elite upgrades) are specifically limited to Y class. Please bear in mind that just because H is broadly categorized as a full fare doesn't necessarily mean that it has to be included in every full fare benefit or offer. With some benefits and offers, including H class just isn't feasible - either economically or logistically. In the cases where it's not included, we do call out any specific fare class requirements in the terms and conditions.

For what it's worth, our Y fare is often much lower than other network carriers' Y fare, and in these cases it's actually comparable to their H fare equivalent.
