Definately avoid 19K. 18J/K is the last row on the staboard side of the upper deck, so that would put 19K inside the lav

19A/B is opposite the toilet.

I suggest the OP has a search through this forum to find many many posts on seating pref on QF 747-400 aircraft in J. I know I have posted my preferences at least a dozen times.
