I'm just sticking around to be a thorn in NW side. I never used to feel that way and dispised people who thought that way. Now I'm in that position and can understand the bitterness.
There are lot of people who are gone from home 4 weeks a month and don;t get paid for all the hours they are away from home. Faster means of transport and modern technology allows us to do that and still keep in touch with our family.
Every employer tells their prospective employees the good things. Why should NW be any different.

I see so much bitterness in you. You are having a hard time accepting economic changes going on in the industry and the world. I hope you can find a better way to deal with your hurt than being a thorn or trying to screw the company.
