But do you get any of these benefits when flying from LHR to "the provinces"? Nope. So at least BA are taking a balanced approach to reducing the quality of service!

To be honest, last time I went LHR-GLA-LHR, all elements of the experience at the GLA end were significantly better than at the LHR end.

I would also say that my GLA experience was also better than my last couple of T1 Zone R visits (with its 'fast-track' security that can take 20-30 minutes some days/times!).
