The Century Hyatt and the Shinjuku Hilton both leave little origami cranes for turndown. The Trump International in NY leaves (or used to leave) some delicious nut cookies dipped in chocolate and Fiji water in a silver tray and holder. The Amanjiwo would light up some incense and cover the areas around the bed with fresh flower petals.
