Here's a little more info.

I will have my wife and two young children 7&5 (I have taken them seven times to Carribean & to Venezuela and into the jungle) and both sets of grand parents.

So we want caves, and ruins but a beach is a requirement.

I just need to pick which of the places mentioned fits all needs and be able to stay at a place that has a kitchen in each room.
