Far out in the distance, they are. Maybe no more than other airlines, but every year my December/January trip has changes from slight tweaking to major annoyances. This year, they are integrating some new aircraft and additional day of week nonstops from LAX and JFK. When I got hit with Schedule Change 1 this year, I knew it would change again because the flight arrival time didn't make sense.
