Guess AC's been doing this more for crews to familiarize themselves with these new interiors than for the comfort and consistency of customer service. Afterall, self loading cargo doesn't deserve to know they will have consistency of product on AC... I guess management's feeling is: "We've got your money so who cares if you thought you'd get an XM across the Atlantic and ended up with an unconverted 763!"
