My humblest apologies for mis-lading you all about the publication of the 333 seat-map.

I wrote this in good faith based on internal information I had been given several weeks ago, no-one was more suprised than myself to hear from outside sources this morning that the maps had in fact been published last night leaving me very embarassment.

Just another example of one department not knowing what the others are doing - typical.
