I apologize. I confused you with the poster who said he got NZ over the water.
In you're case, the fare for the trip has changed, but the ticket does not need to be revalidated at the correct fare level-- because your flights did not change, your ticket (as it is written for those flights) is still valid.
Did you upgrade? You should.
